Rehydrated was a platformer so it’s likely Cosmic Shake will follow in those same footprints. The studio did not share any details about this upcoming game and only tweeted a simple GIF in response. And unlike Rehydrated, Cosmic Shake is a new game, not a remaster. Purple Lamp Studios, the team behind 2020’s SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, is developing this title. It opens with “Sweet Victory,” the iconic song from the “Band Geeks” episode, and goes through many places from SpongeBob‘s lore. The engine for Battle for Bikini Bottom served as the engine for the video game based on The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie.
The publisher also did not show any gameplay and only released the trailer found at the bottom of the article. The first game with the SpongeBob SquarePants license was developed by Vicarious Visions.They went on to develop the Game Boy Advance versions of other multiplatform titles until 2003. Swim on down to Bikini Bottom with the new DLC from Explore Bikini Bottom’s iconic locations with Mr. There's a total of six quests to participate in, so it sounds like there's a lot of fun to be had in this DLC. The player will fend of a horde of Krabby Patty-craving anchovies at the Krusty Krab (as seen in the pilot episode), help Sandy Cheeks build a rocket, and more. According to a blog post, the goal of the DLC is to give the citizens of Bikini Bottom the best day ever by seemingly recreating some of the most iconic moments from the show. Players can drive motorized boats around, visit iconic locations from the series such as SpongeBob's pineapple or the Krusty Krab, and even find collectibles. A new SpongeBob SquarePants DLC for Minecraft will not only give players access to 40 new skins, but also allow players to visit a block-y version of Bikini Bottom which is filled with tons of activities.
